Benson is a foster cat from Montgomery County Animal Services (https://www.mcaspets.org/) Benson came into MCAS as a stray, but has adapted extremely well to indoor life. He had a nasty upper respiratory infection when he first arrived, but has recovered well in his foster home. He follows the humans from room to room and likes to be close to people, but he's not quite a lap cat. He's about 7 years old but he still has plenty of energy and if he gets bored he will go looking for things to get into, so it's important that he get some dedicated playtime daily. He is FIV+, so any potential adopter should read up on FIV before adopting. He has been happily sharing space with another cat and could potentially do well with others with a slow introduction.
